Bubble in Trouble

Later in the evening i was having a discussion with one of my friend, the subject was "Who is Happy?". Not the Happy Singh of a Katrina Kaif movie ,but who is really happy in life?

Can happiness be measured?
This is a general question in everyone's life. My general happiness cannot be compared with happiness of anyone else, so this makes happiness a very personal thing. You will initiate the process of being happy with your big or small achievements, changing the complete environment around you. Other people will feel the change of environment and react accordingly. Some will take in your happiness and some obstructing it due their personal prejudice. The people who will bring it in will get a chance to extend their own happiness.

So the more happy circles you fall into the more you expand your own happy circle. Its like being a bubble and absorbing other bubbles without bursting, but there is always a chance of the bubble to burst. Since you cant measure the happiness of others and havent quantified your happiness either, so we can say that its not measurable. Isnt it better not to quantify it and to live it till it lasts.

Is true happiness visible or evident?

Happiness isnt visible or evident either. I have personally seen people mould a smile over a pricked heart, no wounder i do that myself sometimes. The reverse is true too, sometimes you will act sad even though you are feeling good inside. Both situations different purpose. But how to judge? Simple , if a person is feeling sad inside then the ability to absorb happiness decreases. A happy person would tend to radiate energy and a sad person would need to absorb energy to overcome the hurdle that they might be facing.

Does being sad ensure that you are going to be happy after sometime?

In the end , all that matters is how fast you react to something. This will ensure your transitions into happiness or sadness. Sadness will definitely look to pull energy in and will look for sources from where it can. So time permitting i believe that yes, nothing is permanent and things change.

So what are you waiting for? Make your transitions or help people make theirs. That is till the bubble bursts.
